According to the American Declaration of Independence (1776)

…Governments derive their powers from the consent of the governed…Whenever government becomes destructive to life, liberty, or property [ i.e , the pursuit of happiness ] , it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it…It is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security…Our decision to secede from the Republic of South Africa is in line with this declaration.

As part of reclaiming our historical land· Swaziland and Lesotho now also forms part of Thembuland Royal Empire. The structures of colonialism can no longer be sustained. In this regard , at the moment [ 2011 ] Thembuland Royal Empire is made up of· these provinces : Gauteng, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, Northern Cape, Free State, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Mpumalanga, Lesotho and Swaziland.
